How to manage your visit

Step 1. You claim for treatment via e-mail or completing on-line form.

We would ask you to provide us with x-rays and other medical information to proceed with your requirements.

Step 2. One of our dentists - your personal Medical Curator - will discuss with you treatment plan and fix the schedule of your visit. He/she will describe your everyday treatments and find optimal combination of medical and health-recovery procedures.

You are encouraged to ask as much questions as you like. We value much your involvement in treatment process and are happy to provide you with any information you may need. Our 14 years experience in foreign patients’ treatment gives us certain advantages in management of your visit.

Step 3. Accommodation and flights arrangement. Your visit to Ukraine, the cradle of Slavs countries, should be of the most pleasant impressions. With this in mind, we’ll provide you with the best Hospitality Package including hotels list, sight-seeing tours, other optional items provided by our partners – incoming tour operators.

Step 4. Upon arriving to Kyiv Hospitality Team Member will meet you at the airport, transfer you to the hotel and update you with any additional information. Our Hospitality Team is glad to provide you with all medical, historical, set-up information required to make your visit to Ukraine of the most positive impressions.

Step 5. Procedures are taken according to your treatment plan. These may include dental surgery, prosthesis, vision check-up and treatment, and course of health-recovery procedures. Don’t forget about your pleasant bonus!

During all your stay your personal Medical Curator will manage your treatment, coordinating the team of specialists involved. Member of our Hospitality Team will accompany you throughout the procedures and after them.

Step 6. After completing the treatment course, your Medical Curator will follow up your progress and prepare your individual prophylactic and check-up plan.

Step 7. Our Hospitality Team Member shall accompany you to the airport for your departure.
